I totally dun agree with this statement!

There are reason of  'Why Customer Always Right' is wrong. Agree x?

Customer is always write.. :)  ya laa,only know on making complaints.



P/S: Mode geram. Bengang dgn customer ni yg x abes2 question my process. Korang ingat aku ni keje dok jwb soklan korg je ke. Pulak tu nak soh tighter limit,n nak answer within one day. Cam SENGAL je.. Nampak gayanye,menambahkan lagi semangat aku utk resign. WAA,nak cari keje lain. Nama je engineer,tp keje cam ape je. Ala2,customer relation officer lak aku ni. Tapi,indirectly atas nama engineer. Serious,this kind of issue memang mendown mood aku!

For 2 weeks,I was working non stop. Am fully working under pressure,being monitored,meeting at 11a.m every working day,emailing minutes of meeting,emailing updates. Until one time i cannot tahan, my tears just burst. Lucky no one's around. Pegi toilet cepat2. Fuhhhhh.I already send the report yesterday. This is something u kena when u suddenly become appointed as the team leader. Without u know that u can do it. At first i thought that this is ok. But,as time goes by,seriously mmg s**t giler. Even my senior oso cakap this is the most complicated CQI that ever see. N somemore,me yang junior ni,hello baru 1nhalf year kot kat ctu yg kena lead all of this things. mana aku x pressure. Hopefully,next week i can continue my easy working life as usual. Damn,boleh ke work as usual. Sure got issue lagi pasni. 


I need a vacation la seriously!

Agak2 my boss bagi x cuti time CNY ni?huhu..sebab ari tu time raya,my Chinese colleagues cover utk kitrg yg beraya sakan ni.so,for CNY mesti la kitorg la plak yg cover kn2?sedeynye dok sorg2 kt rumah!

what an extreme day today!!
fully work from morning till night.
somemore with meetings which i oso dont really undrstand.
do work in the line and got back around 10.45p.m..
mkn2,then mandi n now writing dis post.
yup,i just think that i need to write what i feel rite now.
i realize now being an engineer is full of responsibility.
sometimes,i think engineer is underpaid job.
supposed can get more money la weh..huhu..
so now,im moving to the level to exploit everything in me.
have to korek2 what im actually capable to do.
only that,i can move on in my life.
