For 2 weeks,I was working non stop. Am fully working under pressure,being monitored,meeting at 11a.m every working day,emailing minutes of meeting,emailing updates. Until one time i cannot tahan, my tears just burst. Lucky no one's around. Pegi toilet cepat2. Fuhhhhh.I already send the report yesterday. This is something u kena when u suddenly become appointed as the team leader. Without u know that u can do it. At first i thought that this is ok. But,as time goes by,seriously mmg s**t giler. Even my senior oso cakap this is the most complicated CQI that ever see. N somemore,me yang junior ni,hello baru 1nhalf year kot kat ctu yg kena lead all of this things. mana aku x pressure. Hopefully,next week i can continue my easy working life as usual. Damn,boleh ke work as usual. Sure got issue lagi pasni. 


I need a vacation la seriously!

Kadang2 aku rasa macam posting2 sebelum ni akan membuatkan orang lain salah paham.
Satu hari tu,ada orang tanya. Nurul,ade masalah kerumahan ketanggaan ke? then,aku balas..x de la.macam biase je.kenapa?.then,die tanya pulak. x de la,tgk post kat blog macam ade mslh dgn ****mate je.
then,aku jawab balik.macam biase je la,buat hal masing2.itu je lah.nothing else.

Tapi,tu lah. Mungkin ade orang yang akan salah faham dgn post2 aku sebelum ni. btw,aku x de la suke sgt bace blog org lain except for my circle frens only. if so happened that u are one of the reader yang terasa,i'm very2 sorry. I'm not a perfect person. I know it.

Mungkin korang rase post tu untuk korang,but a post is a just a post. as long as i dont mention a name then its my own right. Betul x kawan2? Dont our country practice freedom in speech and writing here? If its not to expose or kutuk2 pemimpin,then i think its ok kot. Raja Petra masuk ISA pon sebab die dok buat controversial post in his blog n malaysiakini. Die tak masuk ISA sebab die blogging pasal die terasa dengan makcik karipap sebelah rumah.Can u see my point here? So,thats why i hope u guys clearly and understand this. i have my own circle of frens. If i geram with my o***mate/h***mate/***one pun kan,how u know whether its belong to u? Kalau tak clear,ask me directly.

Macam cikgu selalu cakap,tak paham tanya cikgu. Jangan la bile tak paham,,awak pi buat2 paham. Nanti exam tak boleh nak jawab.  Macam operator kilang tempat aku,banyak kali nak kene ingatkan diorang. Kalau x sure unit tu good ke reject,please double confirm dengan Tech. Kalo Tech x boleh nak jawab,then baru confirmkan dgn Engineer. Jangan ikut sesedap rase je or ikut spec ciptaan sendiri. Tak clear,tanye. If not so sure,clarify first! With few single words, you can solve the problems. Tak de la unit reject terlepas ke customer. Tak pasal dapat CQI pulak.


 Dont make first accusation just because u interpret it wrongly. Because sometimes,not only you hurt others,you only adding the burden in yourself.
